Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

In fact, here ARE those Aika Rules.
Rule1; All characters must wear Short Skirts... By order.
Rule2; All Characters must wear white panties at all time, unless they are over the age of 35 and have signed permission to wear sexy lace and thongs.
Rule3; When Characters are required to travel in cars, they must ensure to put the camara down by the gas pedal before starting with adequate lighting pointing upwards.
Rule4; When travelling by ship, ensure you are wearing the correct uniform (ie: Something that is a mix of 'sexy Sailor Navy uniform' and 'sexy Sailor School uniform.' Shorts skirts a necessity. When in Dingys, formal-wear in not-required... a scuba wet-suit with a zip at the front (most of the way down to expose the bra-less cleavage) is all that is required.
Rule5; Stand upwind of the Camara at all times.
Rule6; High-kicks have more power than punches - use them for preference.
Rule7; Remember never to pass up an opertunity for a gratuitus shower scene. Hygene is everyones responsibility.
I'm pretty sure the marks aren't an edit. There may have been a version released with them removed, but I think they're there on the DVD version I saw.
