The NSB, National Spanking Board, is a state-ran, discipline enforcement organization specializing in corporal punishment. It was created in 2004, with the primary objective of helping families in educating their children.
It is best known for the actions of its highly-qualified staff of Spanking Enforcers, whose efficiency in finding and punishing naughtiness has made them the perfect disciplinary substitute for overwhelmed parents.
Thanks to a complex network of scanning drones scattered around populous areas, which are able to assess the conduct of kids around the world and determine any potentially bad behavior, a simple act of mischief can be detected almost instantly. Wherever the child is, a Spanking Enforcer shall pursue, apprehend and discipline him in less than an hour.
Their demanding training includes learning of extensive knowledge about the laws of education, studies of child psychology, the History of corporal punishments and sexuality, theoric courses, and practical exercises.
Many spanking internships deal with the everyday life of a Spanking Enforcer: handling spanking implements, learning why, how, when and where to spank, resisting emotional stress, expressing love through discipline, and teaching education tips to parents. Among so many others.
Being a Spanking Enforcer requires a lot of skills: a lashing hand, both benevolent and severe oral expression, good physical condition. Even things like changing a diaper and knowing how to give a hug are part of the training.

Children around the world are divided into 6 classes :
- 0-2-year-old: not spankable.
- 3-4-year-old: not spankable bare-bottom.
- 5-7-year-old: spankable bare-bottom.
- 8-10-year-old: spankable with extra punishments.
- 11-13-year-old: pre-teen years.
- 14-17-year-old: puberty.
Each child is unique, with its own background, qualities, flaws, struggles, and ways of thinking. It is a Spanking Enforcer's duty to learn about it as quickly as possible, in order for them to be able to spank, educate and love as efficiently and fairly as possible.

The First 25 Rules of Spanking.
Rule #1 - "Every offense or behavior deemed bad is punishable by spanking. If there is mischief, there can be spanking. The same law applies the other way around."
Rule #2 - "Severity is like medication. Taking too much or not enough of it can be detrimental."
Rule #3 - "Scold, spank, and console with love."
Rule #4 - "The 3 adverbs. Explaining takes place before, during and after a spanking."
Rule #5 - "If there is a better or more efficient way to punish in a given context, do not choose spanking unless it is the best or the only choice left."
Rule #6 - "Don't spank in a hurry or if you feel like it is not the right choice. A spanking must be thoughtful, and its efficiency depends on the spanker's personal motivation."
Rule #7 - "Spanking a child while under the influence of emotion, bias or subjective perception can be harmful."
Rule #8 - "Public shaming or spanking in the presence of witnesses is not recommended."
Rule #9 - "Lack of affection is counter-productive. Aftercare, both physical and psychological, is as important as the spanking itself. Refusing to offer comfort after a spanking is dangerous."
Rule #10 - "A spanking that doesn't hurt is not a spanking."
Rule #11 - "Bare-bottom spankings hurt the most. But being spanked fully clothed can be a real humiliation for children who are told that being spanked over pants is a treatment reserved for toddlers."
Rule #12 - "Always choose your spanking implements wisely. Not every object is fit for this task."
Rule #13 - "Never interrupt or shorten a punishment. When a spanking is underway, it must be performed right to the end."
Rule #14 - "Red is a spanking's best measuring tool. Heat and sobbing intensity come second and third respectively."
Rule #15 - "A spanking is not started until tears come out."
Rule #16 - "Position is essential. A child in a comfortable position is more willing to accept and endure a punishment, and less likely to wrongly perceive it as unfair torture. He will also learn and listen to the Enforcer's lecture much more."
Rule #17 - "Corner times are good to think about one's mischief. They are also good to prepare a hug."
Rule #18 - "Extra punishments must be performed carefully and for a limited time. Never add them up."
Rule #19 - "Spankings are for buttocks only."
Rule #20 - "If you have to spank every day, please reconsider your discipline strategy."
Rule #21 - "Children are in no position to decide if and how you're going to spank them. But listening to what they say and acknowledging both their pain and apologies is important."
Rule #22 - "Do not spank on religious grounds. The Law was made for it."
Rule #23 - "In nine cases out of ten, appropriate communication, talking the child out of his bad behavior or threatening him is enough to solve a behavioral issue. Spanking is a last resort."
Rule #24 - "When not made on purpose, mischief should not be punished systematically."
Rule #25 - "Discipline is normal; it is part of growing up and educating, and should never be judged when done properly. Don't blame a child for receiving a spanking. And don't blame yourself for giving it."
