Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!
So I've been playing some pokemon lately. I really do love these games, but I couldn't help but realize once again, that the pokemon setting is really something you probably shouldn't think too deeply about.
I mean in essence it's about people going out into nature, beating up the wildlife, imprisoning it in little balls and taking these creatures out of their natural habitat. Then they use them in showy arena fights where they force the captured beasts to battle until one of them loses consciousness.
When I thought about it like that, I felt like it might be time for the pokemon to take some revenge.

then also keep in mind about how in theory their meat is more than likely pokemon, each pokemon is still a monster according to its data base, and then think about how all of the parents are letting coming of age kids go out into the big wide world without any adult supervision. where they capture monsters that can break you in half with a hug, steal away young light wieghted chidren, and even act as sleep inducing dream eaters in some cases. many of those trainers then end up lost in the woods, robbed, fighting crime as vigilantes, and battleing in massive arenas with monsters that could tear them in half or straight up die from their anger issues. you are very correct on not thiking about it too much because a lot of data entries bring to light why they are offcially called Pocket "Monsters"... and a mere spanking, from a rogue pokemon, would end up as the least of your concerns.
