Based on the animated series made by Disney and titled "Amphibia", in this fan-art Anne is punishing Sasha with a bare bottom spanking... I really don't know why... but it seems that Sasha did something wrong and she is paying the consequences... rather her butt!

I have been watching the series recently.

Sasha was more than a ringleader. She was a passive/aggressive intimidator and manipulator. She does have a very good redemption art in the series though.
