A lot of the characters in Touhou are organized into little groups or are all residences of the same location.

Miko here ( https://en.touhouwiki.net/wiki/Toyosatomimi_no_Miko ) is an immortal hermit and is basically the head of her little trio which includes the lady she's harassing here, a ghost named Soga ( https://en.touhouwiki.net/wiki/Soga_no_Tojiko )
