NovelAI is perfectly capable of generating characters' buttocks, while not really good at character interactions, it's still possible to create "butt out images" using this site.
However, it's entirely impossible for this site to spontaneously generate "red bottoms", the results are always pale and un-spanked. No tags to my knowledge are able to do this, and I tried a lot of tags.
After some tries, I eventually make some passable progress, and I achieve this using the "Edit image" function.
I hereby present an example of a girl with red shirt and no pants, the first picture was entirely generated by the site, I simply described the girl and added "kneeling, no pants, naked shirt, spanking" on the tag series.
The way to go from left to right, was to actually "paint" the red marks. But I don't mean to go on a lesson about how to draw. All you have to do in terms of painting, is to paint two circles on the bottom, a smaller, redder circle, and a bigger pink circle. These two circles don't need to look good, as you can see how hideous I did.
After this, would be the process of iteration.
Upload your modified image onto the site, and switch the "Strength" and "Noise" to a lower level, around 35 and 10 respectively. And you will end up with something like the second butt in the middle column, a weird mark that consists of a prettier pink circle and a red circle.
After the second butt is generated, upload that picture to the site to replace the first picture. And keep trying at generating, and you will eventually end up with the third butt where the border between the red and pink is further blurred.
Now begins the hard part of the process, change the "Strength" to a higher degree, like 50 or 60, and repeat the process of uploading newly generated iterations that you like. This is a painful process and could take 5 or 10 tries. As the strength goes up, the generation becomes a lot more unpredictable, the redness might disappear completely, or change into a red pantie, or even an armor(Seriously that happened, a butt armor).
But if you don't wish to give up, you will end up with the fourth butt in the middle, a nice shade of red.
At this point, the result is already better than just trying to paint some red marks by yourself, but you are allowed to go a step further, keep trying and eventually generate the one on the right.
So to recap, you achieve this by repeating the process of "uploading images"--"generating better images"--"put better ones back in the upload".
There are some important issues with this. First, the tag "NSFW" proves to be a problem in this process, due to the colors' appearances, it would constantly change the butt into big female breasts with nipples, and you certainly wouldn't want that. Second, as you can see, the girl's position and clothes are changed drastically, so it's not an option for you to just "make the butt in the picture red". Third, this process would cost you, the whole process could take 100 Anlas, which is about 25 cents. The good news is, after you generate the fourth picture in the middle, you can use the picture to generate other characters with the same position.
