Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

So... do you have methods for painting red marks on a bottom looking from the side? I was thinking of a possibility to combine two pictures together to create a scene. I mean so far you've been doing paintings of red marks on a bottom looking mostly from the front, if the side is possible, more possibilities will emerge.
I'd love to try this too, but I'm currently still looking for a proper reference image.
I'm not particularly artistically gifted, but I think photoshop can do this with proper practice.
Do you have a specific way, or suggest a piece of work for me to emulate?
not seeing what the issue could possibly be photoshopping a red butt from the side versus the back... should be the exact same process either way, right?

The drawing part is difficult for the inexperienced. I have to look up related works and practice, so that it is possible to draw works that meet the quality.
