Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

This is part of my "The Cards" series (not a very creative name, I know). They're partially inspired by Tarot, partially by playing cards, and what they say and do is entirely up to you! As always, I'm eager to hear your own takes on the piece. Who is this one-eyed woman, and what did she do to earn such a fate? Will her blade ward off any further punishment, or just cause her to end up with any even redder backside? And if this card were part of an actual card game (or something more like Tarot, a supposed predictor of fates), what would it mean or do? I hope you enjoy the Cards!

This thief, known locally as 'One-Eye Iva', is an expert in the various arts of skulduggery. If you needed something done and you couldn't do it legally, you went to Iva. There was nothing in the city of Drakemaw she couldn't get. No noble could out think her, no guard could catch her; she was tougher than the toughies and smarter than the smarties.
And then she set off a simple trap.
It was a simple mistake and Iva had paid for it after getting a good lashing from the noble woman she was trying to steal. She was an eccentric woman and was lenient enough, or perhaps naive enough, to let Iva go with her tail between her legs. She dragged her feet through the streets and took a turn into the alley, trying to make it back to her hideout and sleep off her shame.
"Stop right there, criminal scum!"
Oh, turns out that noble woman called the guards after all...
