I'd say it's a good deal darker than Goblin Slayer, given how it's the protagonist committing a lot of the cruel deeds. It's also more sexually explicit. That said, based on the first 2 episodes I've seen, it's not *that* horrific.

If this is what I think it is then in the novel he shoves a blazing rod up her genitals and heals her back to do it again. There were two of these healer gone mad novels releasing at the same time so Im not sure which one this is. If this is the one where they trapped him in prison and forced him to heal troops while he felt pain then this is ths most degenerate shit out there.

She is the (recently instated) demon lord, childish (age appropriate) personality but powerful. The heroes find her adorable and do not wish to fight her, but their superiors (+goddess) grew suspicious due to too many failures and send them a "minder" who can kill them if they are found to be in collusion with evil TM. One of the demon generals found out and is improvising, but had no time to tell his boss... who does not appreciate finding herself over his knee for a butt warming.
