Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:

Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising.
Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts)
Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising.
Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

Well, this is a bit of an odd one. I was kinda impressed by CCs tutorial and wanted to make my own.

This is basically how I draw my stuff, if anyone is interested. I didn't explain everything in great detail. There are long and detailed tutorials on things like using Paths, and if you are interested you should check for them on google or deviantArt.

Hope this is interesting for you.

Really interesting to see your work-in-progress and how you do each step! I've never used the paths method much myself because it is really hard for me (And I'm really impatient) XD It does have a very nice clean look though, which I've always admired in your work. This girl is super cute too, nice choice for a "model" picture to demonstrate with. ^^ Hehe.

We have almost the same exact process, lol. Except instead of using the pen tool after scanning, i use an micron pen before scanning and fix my mistakes with "Liquify" before coloring. And i use 20% for red cheeks. I love how so many styles can be applied to photoshop ^_^

I still ink everything by hand with COPIC Multiliners. maybe ill give the path tool a whirl. To be honest ive never used it. For shadows i tend to use the burn tool in most cases. unless it would change the overal color. then i use the airbrush tool with some black at 15% ^^ and i do the redness pretty much the same way you do it ^__^

Pretty neat, and pretty much what I do too ^^
Took me a while to understand how to use that damn pen tool, but it's totally worth it
