Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!
I had a bit of trouble reading the text, as it flipped through the pictures so quickly. I managed to read it by opening it in quicktime.
In case anyone else has this trouble, here's a transcript:

Does anyone know WHY she suddenly lowers her panties?

As far as I could follow it, they knew there was a bug, but just found out it was on her fanny. She drops her panties to show it, and the other girl spanks it. I think. But I think she also swatted her before we came in.
To sum up whats going on in the episode: The Strike Witches have a little alien bug in their base, that disturbs electricity and like to crawl into the witches' panties. So the girls basically all drop their pants at one time or another, to get it out again.
In this scene Officer Barkhorn finds herself the target of said bug and drops her panties. Her roommate sees the opportunity and tries to smash the bug on her friends cheeks. As it turns out the bug was quicker than her, so she only gives Barkhorn a nice handprint.
A whole episode of sillyness and naked buttocks, sadly also much censoring in the TV broadcast.
they showed this episode on the funimation anime channel. they didn't edit out the groping of bare boobs, though in some scenes there was kind of a light from the naughty bits or mist obscuring the nether regions in frontal shots.
